Music star and medical doctor, Tom Close officiated his engagement to his long term girlfriend, Ange Tricia Niyonshuti in a luxurious give away ceremony on Saturday, November 2, 2013
Celebrities, parents and relatives gathered to witness the dowry giving traditional ceremony at the bride’s home.
The couple is slated to tie the knot, on November 30, 2013 at St. Ethienne Cathedral and will host their guests to a reception at Rusororo with tent.
The Party was attended by hundreds of people from both families; numerous celebrities from the music industry as well as models.
Some of the celebrities included; Miss Rwanda Mutesi Aurore, Dream Boyz (Platin and TMC), female singer Knowles Butera, Uncle Austin, Miss East Africa, Cynthia Akazuba, Journalists and many others.
At the introduction, Tom Close’s Mbwira Yego translated as “say Yes” was played after which the bride to be said yes to the proposal
